We ship domestically within Australia for $10. Your orders will be dispatched and posted within 3 to 5 days. Please keep in mind our products are made to order. We aim to get our products to you as soon as possible, however if you require your order urgently please let us know. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected. Standard shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at a cost provided to you at checkout (depending on order weight and shipping location. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 days.
If you request a parcel be left unattended, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to an alternate address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as Australia Post will return to sender if you do not make these details clear.

We also offer free local pickup in Wellington Point QLD. If you would like to arrange local pickup, please select that option at the checkout. On receipt of your order, we will make contact with you to provide you with the local pickup details.

We assess each return and refund enquiry on a case by case basis. We are sure that you will love our products, however if you receive a product you are not happy with, please let us know and we can arrange a refund or exchange. In the event that you have received a product which has broken or damaged during transit, please email us at lunacandleco.byLL@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item with a photo of the box, and the broken product/products inside the box. We will replace the damaged products for you.
